Restaurant sector

A website that whets the appetite and fills tables.

Restaurants are often picked on a phone, at the moment someone decides where to eat: the menu, opening hours and directions need to answer in seconds. We build the site around those questions, with honest photos and booking within reach from every page.

Web challenges

The challenges specific to your sector

A restaurant website is read in the street, at noon or in the evening, almost always on a phone. Three challenges decide between a booked table and a guest who goes elsewhere.

A menu people can read at once

Problem

A PDF menu that is hard to open and zoom, plus dishes with no description, push visitors to look for another restaurant.

Solution

We put the menu online, structured by section, up to date and readable on a small screen, with the PDF as a backup if needed.

Indicator

Menu views, time spent, clicks to booking.

Reliable hours and directions

Problem

Wrong hours, an unannounced closure or unclear directions cost covers and damage a local reputation.

Solution

Hours and closures managed from one place, a clear directions page with parking and public transport, and a short FAQ.

Indicator

Direction requests, calls, bounce rate on practical pages.

Book without friction

Problem

When booking depends on a call during service, some requests are lost, especially in the evening and at weekends.

Solution

We make booking visible from every page, with a short form or a link to your tool, and a clear confirmation.

Indicator

Online bookings, calls handled, drop-offs before confirmation.

Method

How we work

  1. Discovery

A call to understand your business, your customers and your goals. We define scope, timeline and budget.

  2. Design

High-fidelity mockups: you see and approve every screen before a single line of code is written.

  3. Build

Short iterations. You follow progress online, on a staging environment.

  4. Launch & support

Go live, measure, keep improving. You own everything: code, domain, content.

Questions

Before you write

Our menu changes often. Is it easy to manage?

Yes. The menu is structured in sections the team edits itself, without touching the design. Dishes can be marked as seasonal or temporarily unavailable.

Should we move to online booking?

If the phone works well, the site can simply make it obvious. Online booking becomes useful for groups, requests outside service hours and guests who prefer not to call.

Do you work with our photos?

We sort and crop what you have. If the images fail to show the dishes or the room properly, we say so and help you brief a photo shoot.
