Privacy policy

The controller for this site is Maxime Nollevaux, a sole trader operating under the trade name Synara, company number (CBE) 0773.651.412, 6043 Charleroi, Belgium. For any question about your personal data: contact@synara.be.

This policy covers only the synara.be website. The applications published by Synara — Synara One and its modules, including Google access — have their own privacy policy, available at https://one.synara.be/legal/privacy. We invite you to read it when you use those services.

When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, email address, the subject of your message and its content. We also record where your visit came from (utm parameters and landing page) so we know which campaign or page led to your request. This information is stored in Synara One, our management tool, to answer you and follow up your request.

Appointments are booked through a calendar integrated into the site, provided by Synara's BookFlow service (rdv.synara.be). The data processed for this purpose are your name, email address, phone number and the chosen slot. They are used to organise and confirm the appointment.

The site chat is provided by the Synara Chat service (chat.synara.be). We process the messages you exchange and a technical visitor identifier, required to answer you and keep the service secure.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement are enabled only with your consent, collected through the cookie banner and passed on via Google Consent Mode. Without your agreement, nothing is kept for measurement. The source of your visit (first landing source) is stored in your browser so that a request can be linked to the campaign that brought it.

We also count visits with Umami, an analytics tool hosted on our own servers in the European Union (stats.synara.be). It sets no cookie, writes nothing to your browser and keeps neither your IP address nor any permanent identifier: it only records the page viewed, the referring page, the country and the device and browser type, in aggregate. It is used only to know which pages are useful, is shared with no one and is never used for advertising. If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, it is not used.

The site is hosted on OVH servers located in the European Union. Analytics is provided by Google Analytics, a Google service. We do not sell any personal data and do not transfer it for commercial purposes.

Your data is kept for as long as needed to process your request and maintain the business relationship. Your cookie choice is asked again after six months.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict, port and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to contact@synara.be. If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
