School sector

Help families make their choice, then apply.

Students and parents compare several schools and look for practical answers: options, support, admission steps, open day dates. We organise the site by audience and by stage, so a visit leads naturally to a question or an application.

Web challenges

The challenges specific to your sector

A school speaks to students, parents and partners, with processes that fall at specific times of the year. Three challenges shape the relationship with families.

Make the process readable

Problem

Enrolment information is often scattered across PDFs, letters and old pages, and families call about questions already covered.

Solution

We gather each process on one page: steps, documents to provide, enrolment period, person to contact.

Indicator

Views of enrolment and admission pages, incoming calls, submitted requests.

Speak to both students and parents

Problem

One institutional text answers neither students, who look for daily life, nor parents, who look for structure and results.

Solution

We separate content by audience while keeping one identity: adapted tone and examples, practical information for parents.

Indicator

Navigation by section, engagement on student and parent pages, contacts by profile.

Keep open days alive

Problem

When information is limited to a date and an address, families hesitate to come or arrive without knowing what to expect.

Solution

We dedicate a page to each event: programme, guided tour, pre-registration, directions, email reminder.

Indicator

Open day registrations, attendance rate, traffic to programme pages.

Method

How we work

  1. Discovery

A call to understand your business, your customers and your goals. We define scope, timeline and budget.

  2. Design

High-fidelity mockups: you see and approve every screen before a single line of code is written.

  3. Build

Short iterations. You follow progress online, on a staging environment.

  4. Launch & support

Go live, measure, keep improving. You own everything: code, domain, content.

Questions

Before you write

We already have brochures and documents — does everything need rewriting?

No. We start from your documents, identify what is missing or confusing, then restructure the content for the web. Some PDFs remain useful as downloads, provided they are current.

Can we publish news and dates ourselves?

Yes, that is planned from the start: page templates, reusable blocks and content separate from layout. A short handover is enough for day-to-day updates.

How does it work with our enrolment platform?

The site presents the process and points to your existing platform, with clear links and explanations at each step. We can also display opening and closing dates to avoid unnecessary visits.
