SMEs sector

A website that structures your offers and your contacts.

Your activities have piled up over the years: several offers, several types of customers, sometimes several sites or brands. We clarify the architecture so every visitor finds the offer that concerns them, sees concrete case studies and reaches the right person directly.

What's your profile?

Expertise adapted to your business

Goal

Generate qualified enquiries and prepare the first conversation.

Audiences

Executives, buyers, department heads, prescribers.

Key pages

Home, offers, industries, case studies, team, about, contact.

Conversion

Quote request, appointment, call.

Web challenges

The challenges specific to your sector

SMEs often have more material than structure: offers, references and expertise exist, but are hard to browse. Three challenges decide how clear the website is.

Organise several offers

Problem

When everything sits at the same level on a single page, visitors cannot tell which offer concerns them and leave without making contact.

Solution

We build an entry point per customer need, then one page per offer, with the related proof and contacts.

Indicator

Clicks per offer, pages viewed per visit, enquiries linked to an offer.

Prove you can deliver

Problem

General claims are no longer enough: buyers look for case studies, references and specific information about how you work.

Solution

We document real projects — context, what was done, with which resources — and make the verifiable facts about the business visible.

Indicator

Case study views, progress towards contact, qualified enquiries.

Keep in touch over a long cycle

Problem

A long sales cycle gets lost when the site only offers an anonymous form and no reason to come back.

Solution

We identify the right contacts, offer the right channel for each need and publish useful content prospects can return to later.

Indicator

Qualified enquiries, calls, appointments booked, return visits.

Details that make the difference

What Synara does that others don't

A site organised around the org chart and internal service names.

An entry point per customer need, then one page per offer.

A single contact page with a generic address.

Contacts by site, department or person, clearly displayed.

Case studies summed up in one line, with no context or follow-up.

Case studies that explain the need, the response and the measured result.

A site rebuilt every now and then and frozen in between.

A foundation of components and page templates the team can evolve.

Method

How we work

  1. Discovery

A call to understand your business, your customers and your goals. We define scope, timeline and budget.

  2. Design

High-fidelity mockups: you see and approve every screen before a single line of code is written.

  3. Build

Short iterations. You follow progress online, on a staging environment.

  4. Launch & support

Go live, measure, keep improving. You own everything: code, domain, content.

Questions

Before you write

We have several activities — do we need one site per business?

Not necessarily. We start from your customers: if audiences and journeys are close, one well-separated architecture is enough. If activities have their own market, a dedicated structure may be justified.

Can you connect the site to our CRM or other tools?

Yes, when the tool offers an API or an exportable feed: forms sent to the CRM, enquiry source tracking, internal notifications. Otherwise we set up a simple handover to what you already use.

Do you work with our internal team or another agency?

Yes. We define roles from the start — who writes, who approves, who publishes — and we document the components so your team keeps control of day-to-day updates.
