Non-profit sector

A clear mission, readable projects, supporters who take action.

A non-profit is judged on what it does and the trust it inspires: mission, projects, beneficiaries, governance. We build the site around those elements and simple paths to donate, become a member or join the team, without jargon and without pressure.

What's your profile?

Expertise adapted to your business

Goal

Build local visibility and recruit members and volunteers.

Audiences

Residents, volunteers, local authorities, schools.

Key pages

Mission, projects, calendar, membership, volunteering, contact.

Conversion

Membership, volunteer sign-up, contact.

Web challenges

The challenges specific to your sector

A non-profit website has to make the mission concrete and support easy to give. Three levers shape most rebuilds.

Turn the mission into concrete action

Problem

Many sites display values but not what actually happens on the ground, or with what means.

Solution

We build project pages that describe the need, the action, the people involved and the progress, with field visuals.

Indicator

Readership of project pages, time on page, clicks to donation or membership.

Simplify giving and joining

Problem

Long paths, fixed amounts or vague explanations discourage people at the last moment.

Solution

We cut the number of steps, explain what the donation supports and offer several ways to give, one-off or regular.

Indicator

Completion rate, drop-offs mid-path, online memberships.

Collect volunteer applications

Problem

Volunteer offers arrive by phone or at scattered addresses, and get lost.

Solution

We set up a volunteering form that collects availability and skills, routed to the right person.

Indicator

Applications received, response time, volunteers onboarded.

Details that make the difference

What Synara does that others don't

An “About us” page that stays vague.

A mission stated simply, followed by the projects that deliver it.

A “Donate” button with no explanation of what it supports.

A donation path that shows how funds are used and what they enable.

News, calendar and projects mixed into a single section.

Distinct sections, each with its own purpose.

Volunteering summed up as an email address.

Volunteer roles described concretely, with the time they require.

Method

How we work

  1. Discovery

A call to understand your business, your customers and your goals. We define scope, timeline and budget.

  2. Design

High-fidelity mockups: you see and approve every screen before a single line of code is written.

  3. Build

Short iterations. You follow progress online, on a staging environment.

  4. Launch & support

Go live, measure, keep improving. You own everything: code, domain, content.

Questions

Before you write

We don't have recent impact figures — is that a problem?

No. It is better to show real actions, told simply, and to set up a regular way of documenting them than to display rough figures.

Can you connect our donation platform?

Yes, most platforms can be embedded or linked from the site. We keep the path short, with the useful information next to the form.

Does each project need its own website?

In most cases, one section per project is enough and strengthens the main site. A dedicated site mainly makes sense for a major campaign with its own audiences and budget.
