Do we need a brand guide already?

No. If one exists, we use it. If not, we set the basics the site needs: colours, type, tone.

Do you deliver source files?

Yes: mockups and, when the project includes it, the interface kit so development stays faithful.

Is design separate from development?

We can do design only. Most often we continue into build, to avoid gaps between mockup and site.
